PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION


The Department of Provincial Administration has its own staff both at the central and the provinceal offices. Moreover, there are other local administrative officers under the Local Administrative Act 1914 (B.E.2475) such as Subdistrict Medical Practitioner, Assistant Sundistrict Headman, Assistant Village Headman and Territorial Defense Volunteer. These staffs have performed their own deuies under the responsinilities of the Department. A personnel classification of the Department durint the 2001 fiscal year were as follows:

Provincial Personnel Administration Framework of the Department of Provincial Administration
The Department of Provincial Administration (DOPA) has its own staff at a provincial level which can be classified as follows:
1. At a province, there will be about 20 to 44 of DOPA's staff stationed a ta Provincial Administration Office.
2. At a district, a District Administration Office will be staffed by 16 to 32 of DOPA's staff.
3. At a minor district, 9 to 11 of DOPA's staff will be assigned to station at its office.
