การขอรับพระราชทานเหรียญจักรพรรดิมาลา

<p>เนื่องด้วยข้าพเจ้าได้ตรวจสอบราชกิจจานุเบกษาเกี่ยวกับรายชื่อผู้ได้รับพระราชทานเหรียญจักรพรรดิมาลาผระจำปี 2556-2557 ปรากฏว่าไม่มีรายชื่อข้าฯซึ่งโดยข้อเท็จจริงข้าฯได้รับการบบรจุเป็นข้าราชการกรมการปกครองในตำแหน่งปลัดอำเภอ (เจ้าพนักงานปกครอง 3) เมื่อวันที่ 3 มกราคม 2532 ซึ่งจะมีอายุราชการครบ25 ปี บริบูรณ์ในปี 2557จะต้องได้รับพระราชทานเหรียญฯดังกล่าวในตปี 2557 จากตรวจสอบไม่ปรากฏรายชื่อทั้งๆที่เพื่อนๆในรุ่นเดียวกันได้รับหมด ข้าฯจึงได้ติดต่อสอบถามไปยังสำนักงานเลขานุการกรมฯผ่านทางไลน์ได้รับคำตอบว่าโดยหลักปฏิบัติสล.ปค.จะสำรวจแล้วแจ้งไปยังผวจ.ทุกจังหวัดให้เจ้าตัวผู้มีรายชื่อในการสำรวจกรอกรายละเอียดในแบบฯส่งกลับปค.แต่เนื่องจากข้าฯปฏิบัติงานหน้าที่อยู่ประจำศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้จึงไม่ได้รับแจ้งใตนกรณีดังกล่าวทำให้เป็นบุคคลที่ตกหล่นจากการสำรวจและแจ้งยืนยันกลับจากจังหวัด กรณ๊นี้เหตุใด สล.ปค.จึงไม่ประสานกับ กจ.ขอข้อมูลบุคลากรที่อยู่ส่วนภูมิภาคแต่ไม่สังกัดที่ทำการปกดครองอำเภอหรือจังหวัด แล้วแจ้งไปยังหน่วยที่ข้าราชการผู้นั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ทำให้เสียสิทธิที่ควรได้ กรณีเช่นนี้จะมีแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างไร จักได้ปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้องขอความกรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบด้วย</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; นายอมร &nbsp;ปรีดางกูร amorn1961@hotmail.co.th</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;เจ้าพนักงานปกครองชำนาญการพิเศษ/ผู้อำนวยการส่วนอำนวยการ</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;สำนักพัฒนาบุคลากร ศูนย์อำนวยการบริหารจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ศอ.บต.)</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;โทร. 0831*918024</p>
